Fitzroy Connor
Fitzroy has over 25 years of training behind him, and is a 1st Degree Black Sash in Lau Gar Kung Fu. Teaching in the Slough Area, his dedication earned him the 2006 South East Instructor Award. With his broad knowledge of Kung Fu, and the Freestyle Karate Syllabus (Kickboxing). Fitzroy has a highly respectable reputation in the SE Academy team of Instructors.
