Lenny Thomas
Lenny Thomas started his training in 1983, in mo gen do, a semi contact martial art. He also trained in Full contact kickboxing, before finding his passion for Lau Gar Kung Fu with the South East Academy.
Lenny started his training under Chief Instructor Peter Edwards,
and has been teaching / training over 20 yrs. Lenny has 1st deg blacksash in kung fu, and 2nd dan blackbelt in kickboxing.
