Peter Edwards
Peter Edwards is a 6th Dan Black Belt Master, and Black Sash in Kung Fu. Peter is the Chief Instructor of the South East Academy Of Martial Arts. He has been training in Martial Arts for over 30 years and has been teaching the 'Art' for approximately 20 years, and his teaching has brought great success to many of his students.
As a world class fighter Peter has been a WAKO Pro Champion. British, European and World Champion on multiple occassions in Semi Contact.
Peter has been an active member of the world respected WAKO GB Team since 1986, and is now also the Chief Coach to the British Squad. As such, the South East Academy of Martial Arts are closely affiliated to the Kickboxing Governing body, World Association of Kickboxing Organisations (WAKO) and we have adopted WAKO's constitution.
All of the South East Instructors have been checked for their suitability for working with young people via the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB). They also have child protection training, have up to date first Aid certificates and are fully insured to teach.
