Verden Cruickshank
Verden started his training in 1995, in Tae Kwon-Do, where he gained his first black belt with the TAGB. He has also trained with BYTOMIC TAE KWON-DO, gaining another 2 black belts to his record.
Before joining the South East Academy and getting his 1st dan black belt in Kickboxing, Verden also trained for many years in SEIDO KARATE. Gaining more experience in the varied world of Martial Arts. Verden has been with the South East Academy for over 10 years now, and has become a highly respected Instructor within the South East Academy.
